Source-based provider review
AgelessRx review: the offer and the fine print.
AgelessRx offers both NAD+ and sermorelin injections through clinician-reviewed prescription plans. Its most important pricing condition is easy to miss: the first-month offer belongs to a three-month plan billed in full. The product pages disclose a later monthly rate, but do not establish a single unambiguous initial checkout total or connect every advertised tier to its supplied quantity.
Who should take a closer look?
Worth examining if you want included messaging and a provider that publishes both introductory and subsequent monthly rates.
What should give you pause?
Do not read the first-month number as the amount needed to start. Get the complete prepaid bill and prescription quantity before deciding.

See official Sermorelin offerThe general FAQ says prescription payment follows clinical approval. The three-month promotion is prepaid; we have not inferred a checkout total by adding advertised monthly figures. Other marketing pages can show different prices, so this review uses the canonical product pages below.
Prices are USD, checked September 15, 2026. These are advertised self-pay offers, not a personalized quote or an assurance of insurance coverage. The full medication quantity and mandatory fees are not conclusively joined to every price.
What does AgelessRx publish clearly?
- Product pages put the later rate alongside the introductory offer.
- NAD+ concentration and multiple vial sizes are published, even though the offer-to-quantity match is incomplete.
- Ongoing messaging, adjustments and shipping are listed as included.
These are observable disclosures, not a certification of the provider.
Is AgelessRx legit, and which pharmacy is involved?
A binary “legit” badge would overstate this review. We verified the listed public offer and policies, not every professional license, shipment, laboratory claim or customer outcome. The clinical service, prescribing clinician, pharmacy and medication each deserve their own checks.
The product pages describe US-licensed compounding pharmacies and refer to LegitScript certification. They do not name the pharmacy that would dispense a particular NAD+ or sermorelin prescription in the captured offer. Ask for its identity before fulfillment; a company-level statement is not a verification of your specific prescription.
AgelessRx says treatment availability varies by state. Its FAQ also warns that cold-shipped injectables may not reliably ship to Alaska or Hawaii. A general statement of nationwide service is not a product-specific guarantee.
Is AgelessRx's treatment FDA-approved or guaranteed safe?
FDA approval applies to a particular drug product and indication, not to a provider's entire business. The compounded products discussed in this review are not FDA-approved. FDA does not review compounded drugs before marketing in the way it reviews approved medicines. FDA: risks of compounded drugs
Historical approval of Geref does not approve a current compounded sermorelin formulation for longevity. A published price or a named pharmacy is not a substitute for an individual clinical assessment. FDA: discontinued Geref determination (2013)
How do cancellation and refunds work at AgelessRx?
Terms specify a cutoff of at least 48 hours before the applicable processing date. The FAQ says a refund is not assured after an order reaches the pharmacy, and prescription medication cannot be returned or refunded after shipment. The checkout schedule determines future subscription charges.
Ask for the next processing date and save the policy attached to your order. Ending a subscription and getting a refund are separate questions, especially once a prescription has reached the pharmacy.
What should I confirm before submitting an order?
- Total amount of the first prepaid bill and the next scheduled charge.
- Exact vial quantity supplied at the price selected by the clinician.
- Dispensing pharmacy, state eligibility and any laboratory costs.
Use those questions to resolve gaps in the public record, not to choose a dose. Our payment explorer can show the financial schedule only when the published inputs support it.
Which alternatives should I compare with AgelessRx?
Compare the same molecule and route before deciding a different headline is better value. For NAD+, the audited set is AgelessRx, Embody, Luvo Health and Pallas Health. For sermorelin injections, the current verified set is AgelessRx, Luvo Health and Pallas Health.
