What is AgelessRx, and what does this review cover?
AgelessRx is an online service offering clinician-reviewed prescription plans, including NAD+ and sermorelin injections. This review evaluates those two public offers, their billing terms and the questions left for the prescriber or pharmacy.
The product pages list clinical review, ongoing messaging, adjustments and shipping as included. Those service features help compare plans, but do not prove that either injection improves energy, muscle or longevity.
Does AgelessRx charge $79 or $99 to start?
The NAD+ page advertises $79 for the first month; the sermorelin page advertises $99. Both attach that promotion to a three-month plan billed in full, with $149 per month stated afterward. The first-month headline is therefore not a verified first checkout charge.
The pages do not tie every advertised tier to a complete, unambiguous prepaid total and prescription quantity. Request the itemized first charge, total medication supplied, next processing date and next charge for the plan actually prescribed. We do not calculate a checkout bill from marketing rates that may describe different plan options.
How should I read AgelessRx bad reviews?
Use a review to identify a checkable issue: which product was ordered, when the charge occurred, whether the pharmacy had received the prescription, and what policy applied. A complaint about another service does not automatically describe the NAD+ or sermorelin plan.
For a billing or refund concern, compare the account's processing date and pharmacy status with the published terms. Cancellation requires notice at least 48 hours before the applicable processing date; the FAQ does not assure a refund once an order reaches the pharmacy and excludes prescription returns or refunds after shipment. This explains what to verify, not how often complaints occur. We have not measured a complaint rate or assigned a patient-satisfaction score.
Do AgelessRx sermorelin reviews prove it works?
Customer experiences can describe the service, but they cannot establish that sermorelin caused a change in muscle, sleep or recovery. A relevant study needs the actual formulation, route, population and outcome; it is not enough to share an ingredient name.
For example, a historical six-week GHRH(1-29) study in 11 older men reported some strength improvements without a change in measured muscle or fat mass. It was not a trial of AgelessRx's current prescription. Ask the clinician which evidence supports the intended use and what result would justify continuing treatment.
What should I verify before an AgelessRx NAD+ prescription?
Confirm that the offer is the subcutaneous NAD+ injection you intend to compare, then request its concentration, vial volume, pharmacy and storage instructions. The public page describes a concentration of 200 mg/mL and multiple vial sizes; that does not establish which quantity the introductory price buys.
The product is described as compounded. FDA does not review compounded drugs before marketing for safety, effectiveness and quality. Price transparency, clinician messaging and a pharmacy's credentials are separate from evidence that this particular injection produces the benefit you want.
What does AgelessRx publish clearly?

Is AgelessRx legit, and which pharmacy is involved?
A binary “legit” badge would overstate this review. We verified the listed public offer and policies, not every professional license, shipment, laboratory claim or customer outcome. The clinical service, prescribing clinician, pharmacy and medication each deserve their own checks.
The product pages describe US-licensed compounding pharmacies and refer to LegitScript certification. They do not name the pharmacy that would dispense a particular NAD+ or sermorelin prescription in the captured offer. Ask for its identity before fulfillment; a company-level statement is not a verification of your specific prescription.
AgelessRx says treatment availability varies by state. Its FAQ also warns that cold-shipped injectables may not reliably ship to Alaska or Hawaii. A general statement of nationwide service is not a product-specific guarantee.
Is AgelessRx's treatment FDA-approved or guaranteed safe?
FDA approval applies to a particular drug product and indication, not to a provider's entire business. The compounded products discussed in this review are not FDA-approved. How do cancellation and refunds work at AgelessRx?
Terms specify a cutoff of at least 48 hours before the applicable processing date. The FAQ says a refund is not assured after an order reaches the pharmacy, and prescription medication cannot be returned or refunded after shipment. The checkout schedule determines future subscription charges.
Ask for the next processing date and save the policy attached to your order. Ending a subscription and getting a refund are separate questions, especially once a prescription has reached the pharmacy.
