Source-based provider review
System Labs review: NAD+ and sermorelin prices, routes and renewal terms.
System Labs advertises $89 for the first month of NAD+ and $109 for the first month of sermorelin. Its sermorelin page explicitly states $219 per month afterward and advertises a 9 mg monthly supply. The NAD+ page advertises 1,000 mg monthly but mixes injection and nasal wording, and it does not explicitly state the later charge. A crossed-out $149 is not a verified renewal bill. This review keeps those differences visible.

Scope check: this page covers System Labs' NAD+ and sermorelin offers. Its glutathione injection is a distinct product; topical GHK-Cu belongs to a skin-care decision. Neither enters this injection comparison or inherits these prices.
Who should take a closer look?
Worth investigating if you want a low introductory headline and can confirm the exact injection, supplied amount and renewal in the selected checkout.
What should give you pause?
The NAD+ route-to-price match and renewal are unresolved, and separate System Labs landing pages can display different promotions.

Public-information score
How is System Labs's public information scored?
7/10
We score the information a shopper can reasonably check before enrolling: product, payments, care, pharmacy and cancellation. This is an editorial disclosure score, not a clinical-quality, safety or patient-outcome rating. Full credit means the disclosure meets our check; it does not mean the treatment is right for you.

What does System Labs publish clearly?
- The sermorelin page explicitly publishes both first-month and later monthly rates.
- The product pages publish headline monthly supplies: 1,000 mg NAD+ and 9 mg sermorelin.
- The FAQ describes clinical assessment, follow-ups, monitoring and a way to contact the clinician about safety concerns.
- The terms and FAQ are public before checkout.
These are observable disclosures, not a certification of the provider.
Is System Labs legit, and which pharmacy is involved?
A binary “legit” badge would overstate this review. We verified the listed public offer and policies, not every professional license, shipment, laboratory claim or customer outcome. The clinical service, prescribing clinician, pharmacy and medication each deserve their own checks.
System Labs names The Pharmacy Hub as a compounding partner. Its FAQ says patients may ask their clinician about other pharmacies, and the terms preserve the patient's choice of pharmacy. Confirm that the selected pharmacy can fill your particular NAD+ or sermorelin prescription and obtain the actual dispensing details; the partner listing is not an independent pharmacy or product audit.
State and clinical eligibility are determined during intake. We did not find a complete current product-by-product state list on these pages.
Is System Labs' treatment FDA-approved or guaranteed safe?
FDA approval applies to a particular drug product and indication, not to a provider's entire business. The compounded products discussed in this review are not FDA-approved. FDA does not review compounded drugs before marketing in the way it reviews approved medicines. FDA: risks of compounded drugs
Historical approval of Geref does not approve a current compounded sermorelin formulation for longevity. A published price or a named pharmacy is not a substitute for an individual clinical assessment. FDA: discontinued Geref determination (2013)
How do cancellation and refunds work at System Labs?
System Labs' terms allow cancellation without a charge before a prescription is sent to the partner pharmacy. Its FAQ excludes refunds for services already provided or prescriptions already ordered. These pages do not establish whether ordering and sending occur at the same point, so ask which action ends your cancellation window. Later final-sale language about pharmacy processing and shipment does not establish a refund entitlement between those stages. Contact support promptly and obtain a written cancellation acknowledgment.
Ask for the next processing date and save the policy attached to your order. Ending a subscription and getting a refund are separate questions, especially once a prescription has reached the pharmacy.
What should I confirm before submitting an order?
- Confirm whether the $89 NAD+ offer selects an injection or nasal spray, and the exact quantity.
- Get the NAD+ renewal amount and date in writing; do not infer them from a crossed-out price.
- Confirm the sermorelin selected landing, labs and any required fees.
- Identify the actual dispensing pharmacy, state eligibility and refund point.
Use those questions to resolve gaps in the public record, not to choose a dose. Our payment explorer can show the financial schedule only when the published inputs support it.
How does this NAD+ offer compare with the other 1,000 mg headline?
Sprout publishes a 1,000 mg vial, $149 first order and $240 four-week renewal. System Labs publishes a 1,000 mg monthly headline and $89 first-month promotion, but its NAD+ page also mentions nasal administration and does not expressly state the later charge. These are not verified equivalent prescriptions. Read the Sprout Health vs System Labs NAD+ comparison.
Which original sources support this review?
The following official product and policy pages were checked on September 23, 2026. Public text may change, and checkout-specific conditions still need confirmation. If you find a mismatch, send a correction with the page and source.
These are products marketed in the longevity category, not established lifespan-extension treatments. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. This publication compares public information; a clinician must assess individual suitability. How we compare.
