Source-based provider review
RxSpan MD review: NAD+ formats, sermorelin and plan terms.
RxSpan MD's rendered longevity catalog lists NAD+ injection and nasal spray at $249 each, an NAD+ Flex Dose Tablet at $199 and sermorelin ODT at $179, all labeled for the first month. Its NAD+ injection selector also offers lower monthly rates with longer prepaid terms. These are different formats and commitments, not interchangeable monthly prescriptions. There is also a source conflict: the homepage names sermorelin injection while the catalog lists ODT. The public terms describe clinical assessment and payment but do not explain medication refunds or unused prepaid balances. This review puts the catalog, selected NAD+ plan picker and legal documents together so you can identify what needs written confirmation before choosing a term.

Who should take a closer look?
Worth examining if you want to compare several NAD+ formats within one catalog and can confirm the exact product, full prepayment and exit terms before enrollment.
What should give you pause?
A lower monthly rate can require a longer prepaid term. The sermorelin route conflict and missing refund detail make the selected order more important than the headline.

Explore RxSpan MD longevity catalogThe NAD+ injection picker shows $249 monthly, $199 per month on three months, $166 on six months and $150 on twelve months, and describes prepayment. Its displayed selected total also includes a promotion. Those rates and promotional totals are not evidence of the same bill for nasal NAD+, tablets or sermorelin. The page says provider review follows checkout and a prescription is not guaranteed; confirm whether funds are charged, authorized or collected only after approval.

Public-information score
How is RxSpan MD's public information scored?
5/10
We score the information a shopper can reasonably check before enrolling: product, payments, care, pharmacy and cancellation. This is an editorial disclosure score, not a clinical-quality, safety or patient-outcome rating. Full credit means the disclosure meets our check; it does not mean the treatment is right for you.

Does RxSpan MD's $150 NAD+ rate mean a $150 monthly bill?
The $150 monthly rate appears under a twelve-month NAD+ injection plan, while the monthly option displays $249. The picker explicitly describes prepayment and the selected total includes a promotion. A monthly average is therefore not the same as the amount collected at a monthly checkout.
Read the chosen term total, promotion conditions and payment timing together. We have not multiplied rounded display rates into a guaranteed checkout amount, and we do not transfer the injection ladder to the catalog's other formats.
Is RxSpan MD's sermorelin a tablet or an injection?
The catalog inspected lists Sermorelin ODT, while the homepage names Sermorelin Injection within its longevity program. ODT ordinarily describes an orally disintegrating tablet. Those pages do not establish whether both are offered or which one a reader would actually receive.
Our record preserves the catalog's ODT label and its $179 first-month headline. It does not insert that product into an injection-price ranking. Confirm the exact formulation and ask the clinician for evidence specific to that route; evidence about an injected product does not automatically validate an oral one.
What does RxSpan MD publish clearly?
- The catalog separates NAD+ injection, nasal spray and tablet formats with individual first-month headlines.
- The NAD+ injection picker makes its longer-term prepayment structure visible.
- Published terms identify the platform operator and preserve clinician discretion to decline prescribing.
These are observable disclosures, not a certification of the provider.
Is RxSpan MD legit, and which pharmacy is involved?
A binary “legit” badge would overstate this review. We verified the listed public offer and policies, not every professional license, shipment, laboratory claim or customer outcome. The clinical service, prescribing clinician, pharmacy and medication each deserve their own checks.
RxSpan MD LLC is the operator named in the Terms of Service. The current terms say independent clinicians make prescribing decisions and licensed pharmacies may fulfill prescriptions. The catalog, homepage and legal documents inspected do not identify the pharmacy assigned to these selected products. This is a limit of the reviewed pages, not proof that the company has no pharmacy disclosures elsewhere. Obtain the dispensing pharmacy and prescriber names for your order.
The Terms of Service require users to be at least 18. The reviewed catalog and legal pages do not enumerate medication-specific state availability. Confirm your location for the exact product and formulation; a broadly accessible website is not nationwide prescription eligibility.
Is RxSpan MD's treatment FDA-approved or guaranteed safe?
FDA approval applies to a particular drug product and indication, not to a provider's entire business. The reviewed offer does not establish approval of an exact finished product. Ask for its label and approval status. A product supplied as a compounded drug is not FDA-approved. FDA does not review compounded drugs before marketing in the way it reviews approved medicines. FDA: risks of compounded drugs
Historical approval of Geref does not approve a current compounded sermorelin formulation for longevity. A published price or a named pharmacy is not a substitute for an individual clinical assessment. FDA: discontinued Geref determination (2013)
How do cancellation and refunds work at RxSpan MD?
The plan picker says plans may be canceled or changed at any time. The Terms of Service reviewed, dated June 3, 2026, do not explain automatic renewal, medication refunds, a cancellation deadline or return of unused prepaid funds. Request those rules before choosing a longer term, including the outcome if a clinician declines to prescribe after checkout.
Ask for the next processing date and save the policy attached to your order. Ending a subscription and getting a refund are separate questions, especially once a prescription has reached the pharmacy.
What should I confirm before submitting an order?
- Is the selected sermorelin product an ODT or injection, and what exactly will be dispensed?
- What total is due for the chosen term after any promotion, and what is the next charge?
- Which clinician and pharmacy fulfill the selected product in your state?
- What refund applies if prescribing is declined or treatment stops before a prepaid term ends?
Use those questions to resolve gaps in the public record, not to choose a dose. Our payment explorer can show the financial schedule only when the published inputs support it.
Which original sources support this review?
The following official product and policy pages were checked on September 29, 2026. Public text may change, and checkout-specific conditions still need confirmation. If you find a mismatch, send a correction with the page and source.
These are products marketed in the longevity category, not established lifespan-extension treatments. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. This publication compares public information; a clinician must assess individual suitability. How we compare.
