Everlife sermorelin review: tablets, the GHK blend, prices and terms.
This Everlife sermorelin review covers three prescription products on everlifemd.com: sublingual sermorelin tablets advertised from $95 a month, an injectable 15 mg vial from $109 a month, and a Sermorelin GHK tablet that adds GHK-Cu and L-citrulline. All three are starting prices, so none tells you the charge for the plan you select. The Sermorelin GHK page shows two starting rates, $109 in its headline and $148.99 on the tablet's own card. Everlife names its operating company, a partner pharmacy and its cancellation rules. Its pages also promise fat loss and less visceral fat, which the human sermorelin study we cite did not show. This review describes the public offer on October 11, 2026. It is not a treatment experience or an endorsement, and it does not cover Everlife's Optima-NAD+ sublingual blend.

Who should take a closer look?
Useful if you are weighing Everlife's needle-free sermorelin tablets against its injection and want the product, starting price, pharmacy and cancellation terms separated before you take the intake quiz.
What should give you pause?
No price on these pages is tied to a selected billing term. Our source set contains no human trial showing that a sublingual tablet matches the injections used in published studies. The two product pages we read do not say that compounded sermorelin is not FDA-approved. Longevity Ranked has no partner relationship with Everlife, so this review has no partner button.
This is a review of public product and contract information, not a hands-on medical test. No paid ranking or patient testimonial. No active affiliate link appears in this review. Review method.

Everlife advertises sublingual sermorelin starting at $95 a month, injectable sermorelin starting at $109 a month and the Sermorelin GHK tablet starting at $148.99 a month on its product card. The Sermorelin GHK page's headline and closing banner say starting at $109 a month, the same figure as the injection card on that page. A starting price is the lowest advertised rate. It does not establish the one-month price, the first charge or the renewal amount for the option you choose. The terms say the card on file is charged monthly or every two months, at your election, on the same date each cycle. The FAQ says you are charged when a clinician approves treatment and the pharmacy begins filling it, and that you are not charged if you are not approved.

Public-information score
How is Everlife's public information scored?
8/10
We score the information a shopper can reasonably check before enrolling: product, payments, care, pharmacy and cancellation. This is an editorial disclosure score, not a clinical-quality, safety or patient-outcome rating. Full credit means the disclosure meets our check; it does not mean the treatment is right for you.

How much does Everlife sermorelin cost per month?
Everlife publishes starting prices. Sublingual sermorelin tablets start at $95 a month and the injectable vial at $109 a month. The Sermorelin GHK tablet's product card says $148.99 a month.
None of those is a quote. The pages do not show the price of a single month, the price of the two-month cycle or what renews. The Sermorelin GHK page also repeats a $109 starting figure in its headline that matches the injection card, so check which product a price belongs to before comparing it with another provider. The only discount these pages advertise is a refer-a-friend offer: 25% off for the friend and $100 for the referrer. We did not test any discount code.
What is the difference between Everlife Sermorelin GHK and sermorelin?
Sermorelin GHK is a blended sublingual tablet. Everlife lists sermorelin at 500 mcg or 1,000 mcg with 2 mg of GHK-Cu and 50 mg of L-citrulline, 30 tablets to a bottle, taken once a day. Its plain sermorelin product contains sermorelin alone, as a tablet or an injection.
The page names the second ingredient two ways: GHK in its description and GHK-Cu on the product line. GHK-Cu is the copper-bound form of GHK, so ask the pharmacy which one is in the tablet. Our source set contains no human trial of this three-ingredient tablet, and none showing that a sublingual sermorelin tablet performs like the injections used in published studies.
Which Everlife claims could we confirm, and which could we not?
Everlife publishes details a reader can check. It names Everlife LLC at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware, a phone number, a support email and Curexa as a partner pharmacy. Its terms state that Everlife LLC is not a healthcare provider and that prescription products come from licensed US medical providers.
Some claims we could not confirm. The site says it is LegitScript-certified, shows a 4.9 Trustpilot rating from more than 2,100 reviews and says more than 100,000 patients use its protocols. Trustpilot blocked our request on October 11, 2026, so that rating is Everlife's statement and we have not read it ourselves. The About page we read names no medical director or individual clinician. An address and a named pharmacy are disclosures. They do not prove clinical quality.
Do Everlife's sermorelin claims match the evidence?
Not for fat loss. Everlife's sermorelin page says the treatment helps reduce visceral fat and helps boost metabolism and fat loss. In a six-week study of eleven older men, nightly sermorelin did not change weight, body mass index, waist-to-hip ratio or scan-measured fat.
The page's own safety answer cites a 1999 review article and a guideline on adult growth hormone deficiency. Neither is a trial of Everlife's tablets. The sermorelin sold online is compounded, and FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness or quality before they are marketed. The product pages we read carry a general notice that the site's statements have not been evaluated by FDA. They do not say that compounded sermorelin is not FDA-approved.
What does Everlife publish clearly?
- Each product names its form and strength: 500 mcg or 1,000 mcg sublingual tablets, and a 5 mL injection vial at 3 mg/mL.
- The site names the operating company, Everlife LLC in Lewes, Delaware, with a phone number and a support email.
- A partner pharmacy, Curexa, is named with a street address.
- Cancellation methods, the cancel-before-shipment rule and the no-refund-after-shipping rule read the same in the terms and the FAQ.
- The FAQ states that a prescription is not guaranteed and that you are not charged if you are not approved.
These are observable disclosures, not a certification of the provider.
Is Everlife legit, and which pharmacy is involved?
A binary “legit” badge would overstate this review. We verified the listed public offer and policies, not every professional license, shipment, laboratory claim or customer outcome. The clinical service, prescribing clinician, pharmacy and medication each deserve their own checks.
Everlife's partner-pharmacy notice names Curexa, 3007 Ocean Heights Ave, Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, with a phone number. Its terms say a prescription is filled by one of Everlife's partner pharmacies unless you specify otherwise, so the named pharmacy may not be the one that fills your order. The terms also state that Everlife LLC is not itself a healthcare provider. Ask which pharmacy will prepare your prescription and request its product documentation. A named pharmacy is a disclosure. We did not verify its license or its product quality.
Everlife's state list names all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Its FAQ says most treatments need no video call, and that a short video or phone consultation is required for certain medications and in certain states. Confirm that the specific sermorelin product can be prescribed and shipped where you live before paying.
Is Everlife's treatment FDA-approved or guaranteed safe?
FDA approval applies to a particular drug product and indication, not to a provider's entire business. The compounded products discussed in this review are not FDA-approved. FDA does not review compounded drugs before marketing in the way it reviews approved medicines. FDA: risks of compounded drugs
Historical approval of Geref does not approve a current compounded sermorelin formulation for longevity. A published price or a named pharmacy is not a substitute for an individual clinical assessment. FDA: discontinued Geref determination (2013)
How do cancellation and refunds work at Everlife?
The terms describe a subscription that continues until cancelled. You can cancel in the account tab after logging in, by emailing support@everlifemd.com or by calling 800-591-0354, and you must cancel before the next shipment to avoid the next charge. Everlife does not accept returns or give refunds for prescription products once they have shipped. Its terms say clinicians typically review a submission within a couple of hours and that the pharmacy ships the same day in many cases, so the refund window can close quickly. The agreement requires individual arbitration of disputes.
Ask for the next processing date and save the policy attached to your order. Ending a subscription and getting a refund are separate questions, especially once a prescription has reached the pharmacy.
What should I confirm before submitting an order?
- What is the one-month price, the first charge and the renewal amount for the exact product and strength you select?
- How many sermorelin tablets come in each shipment, and does the blended tablet contain GHK or GHK-Cu?
- Which pharmacy will fill the prescription, and can it supply product documentation?
- Does the Trustpilot rating shown on the site match Trustpilot's own page on the day you check?
- Which outcome does the clinician expect to change for you, given that the sermorelin study we cite found no change in fat?
Use those questions to resolve gaps in the public record, not to choose a dose. Our payment explorer can show the financial schedule only when the published inputs support it.

How does Everlife compare with other providers, head to head?
Each comparison puts the same product and route side by side: initial plan payment, renewal, minimum commitment, quantity and the terms still unverified. Everlife's initial plan payments are not verified in our records, so these pages cannot rank its starting cost; they set its other terms beside each alternative.
