Source-based provider review
HealthRX review: NAD+, sermorelin, prices and refunds.
HealthRX offers compounded NAD+ and sermorelin injections through a platform connecting patients with independent clinicians and pharmacies. On September 29, its direct monthly subscription selector displayed $161 for NAD+ and $179 for sermorelin. Separate matching-tool headlines started at $120 and $143; those are not the same selected monthly bills. Payment comes before the required clinical intake, and a prescription is not guaranteed. The pages advertise included visits, supplies and shipping, but the exact pharmacy, prescribed quantity and renewal quote still matter. This review joins the product selectors with the refund and subscription policies so you can check the actual commitment before paying. We have not ordered treatment or verified patient outcomes.

Who should take a closer look?
Worth examining if you want to inspect a public plan selector and compare a monthly subscription with longer billing terms before a clinical assessment.
What should give you pause?
The lower matching-tool headline does not identify the direct monthly option. Resolve the final amount, recurring discount and refund cutoff before submitting payment.
This is a review of public product and contract information, not a hands-on medical test. No paid ranking or patient testimonial. We may earn a commission if you buy through our HealthRX partner link. This does not change our findings, score or comparison order. Review method.

Public-information score
How is HealthRX's public information scored?
7/10
We score the information a shopper can reasonably check before enrolling: product, payments, care, pharmacy and cancellation. This is an editorial disclosure score, not a clinical-quality, safety or patient-outcome rating. Full credit means the disclosure meets our check; it does not mean the treatment is right for you.
Scope: NAD+ and Sermorelin offers covered in this review. Assessed ; underlying source review . Read the scoring rules.

FAQ: payments, pharmacy and cancellation · Returns, refunds and subscription policy
Why do HealthRX's headline and selected monthly prices differ?
The NAD+ matching block starts at $120 per month, while the directly selected monthly subscription displays $161. Sermorelin's matching block starts at $143, while its monthly subscription displays $179. Other cadence choices show different total payments and monthly averages. We have not treated a low monthly average or personalized-match headline as the amount needed to begin.
Open the exact product and compare purchase type, term total and renewal together. This review records the directly visible monthly selection; it does not rank the lowest banner as an equivalent prescription.
What do our HealthRX partner links open?
The NAD+ button opens the approved NAD+ injection destination. The approved sermorelin button opens HealthRX's information page, from which its current product offer is accessible. The product-source link above separately documents the price selector. We keep those destinations distinct rather than silently substituting an unapproved tracking page.
These links track referrals for Longevity Ranked. The recorded program terms exclude NAD+ and sermorelin purchases from commission. That commercial limitation does not change the review, and a general catalog link does not transfer another product's price or evidence.
What does HealthRX publish clearly?
- The direct selector distinguishes subscription and one-time purchases and shows billing cadence.
- The NAD+ page advertises 1,000 mg per month, while leaving the final prescribed strength to the provider.
- The FAQ explicitly describes checkout payment, cancellation by email and the independent clinician relationship.
These are observable disclosures, not a certification of the provider.
Is HealthRX legit, and which pharmacy is involved?
A binary “legit” badge would overstate this review. We verified the listed public offer and policies, not every professional license, shipment, laboratory claim or customer outcome. The clinical service, prescribing clinician, pharmacy and medication each deserve their own checks.
HealthRX's general FAQ describes an affiliated US-licensed Section 503A compounding pharmacy and says the clinician can send a prescription to a pharmacy the patient chooses. It does not identify the dispenser for these two selected products. Confirm that your chosen pharmacy can fill the NAD+ or sermorelin prescription and whether its price differs. HealthRX describes itself as a platform connecting patients with independent clinicians and pharmacies; a sitewide certification badge is not an individual prescription audit.
HealthRX advertises all 50 states and adult patients. That general platform statement does not guarantee that either product or every formulation is available for your location and circumstances. The clinician and dispensing pharmacy must confirm access.
Is HealthRX's treatment FDA-approved or guaranteed safe?
FDA approval applies to a particular drug product and indication, not to a provider's entire business. The compounded products discussed in this review are not FDA-approved. FDA does not review compounded drugs before marketing in the way it reviews approved medicines. FDA: risks of compounded drugs
Historical approval of Geref does not approve a current compounded sermorelin formulation for longevity. A published price or a named pharmacy is not a substitute for an individual clinical assessment. FDA: discontinued Geref determination (2013)
How do cancellation and refunds work at HealthRX?
The FAQ says you may email support to cancel and receive a refund for unshipped medication. The return policy says prescription sales become final after dispensing and carrier handoff, and cancellation stops future renewals without returning medication already dispensed. Ask about the interval between pharmacy processing and shipment and obtain the rule for a declined prescription. The product page promises a medication refund if the clinician declines treatment; preserve that language with your order.
Ask for the next processing date and save the policy attached to your order. Ending a subscription and getting a refund are separate questions, especially once a prescription has reached the pharmacy.
What should I confirm before submitting an order?
- Which selected product and cadence produce the lower matched-price headline?
- What exactly is charged now and on the next refill, including cents and fees?
- Which pharmacy fills the prescription, and what happens to payment if the clinician declines?
- When does a cancellation become too late for a refund?
Use those questions to resolve gaps in the public record, not to choose a dose. Our payment explorer can show the financial schedule only when the published inputs support it.
Which original sources support this review?
The following official product and policy pages were checked on September 29, 2026. Public text may change, and checkout-specific conditions still need confirmation. If you find a mismatch, send a correction with the page and source.
These are products marketed in the longevity category, not established lifespan-extension treatments. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. This publication compares public information; a clinician must assess individual suitability. How we compare.
How does HealthRX compare with other providers, head to head?
Each comparison puts the same product and route side by side: initial plan payment, renewal, minimum commitment, quantity and the terms still unverified. HealthRX's initial plan payments are not verified in our records, so these pages cannot rank its starting cost; they set its other terms beside each alternative.
