How do cancellation and refunds work at Luvo Health?
Allow at least 72 hours before the next billing or renewal processing. Terms permit processing up to two days before a renewal date, so use the processing date in your account. Refund eligibility narrows after clinical services or a prescription order; discounted bundles may be recalculated at standard rates when a refund is allowed.
