Willow NAD+ review: cost, subscription terms and alternatives.
This Willow NAD+ review examines Start Willow's compounded injection plan. Willow advertises compounded NAD+ injections for $199 per month with its pharmacy fulfillment. The offer includes a solution vial, injection supplies, continued doctor access, care support and shipping. NAD+ is a coenzyme, not a peptide, and this subcutaneous prescription product is not FDA-approved. Willow does not publish enough vial information to compare quantities at that price. Choosing your own pharmacy is a separate arrangement: Willow lists a $150 monthly platform fee, with medication purchased separately. Its public cancellation deadlines and general coverage lists also conflict. This review examines the NAD+ offer and those enrollment questions; Willow's semaglutide and tirzepatide weight-loss programs are separate products.

Who should take a closer look?
Useful if you want a published monthly NAD+ plan and the option to discuss filling a prescription at your own pharmacy.
What should give you pause?
Vial quantity and your NAD+ dispenser remain unverified, while conflicting cancellation wording makes written confirmation of the processing deadline essential.

Public-information score
How is Willow's public information scored?
9/10
We score the information a shopper can reasonably check before enrolling: product, payments, care, pharmacy and cancellation. This is an editorial disclosure score, not a clinical-quality, safety or patient-outcome rating. Full credit means the disclosure meets our check; it does not mean the treatment is right for you.

Is Willow's $199 NAD+ price an introductory offer?
The product page and treatment price schedule checked October 9, 2026 list $199 per month without a separate introductory rate or advertised multi-month prepayment. The program renews automatically. Confirm that amount and the next processing date on the selected order; the terms allow changes when a prescription or refill frequency changes.
Does Willow charge $150 on top of the $199 NAD+ plan?
The $150 monthly platform fee belongs to the optional outside-pharmacy arrangement and is waived when Willow's pharmacy fulfills the prescription. With an outside pharmacy, medication is purchased separately, so $150 is not a complete treatment price or an automatic surcharge on the $199 offer. Confirm the prescription can be filled before choosing this route.
How does Willow compare with Embody for NAD+ injections?
Embody's offer checked October 13, 2026 lists $49 for the first month, then $99 monthly, including provider review and shipping. Willow's October 9 offer lists $199 monthly. Embody has the lower published monthly payment, but neither source ties its price to a verified supplied quantity. Compare the written prescription and complete order before interpreting the price difference as better treatment value.
Is Willow's $199 monthly price the same as Luvo's renewal?
Luvo's injection offer checked October 9, 2026 lists $99.50 for the first four weeks and $199 every four weeks from the second delivery. Willow lists $199 per month. Four weeks is 28 days, so these continuing amounts cover different billing periods. Exact prescription quantities and Luvo's renewal processing date still need confirmation; the identical $199 figure does not establish equal cost over time.
How does Willow's monthly plan differ from AgelessRx's NAD+ offer?
AgelessRx's offer checked October 9, 2026 advertises a $79 first-month component of a three-month plan billed in full, then a published $149 monthly rate. Its complete initial payment and renewal charge remain unverified in that record. Willow's $199 monthly offer is easier to read as a recurring commitment, but the $79 headline cannot be compared directly with Willow's monthly payment. Obtain both full quotes and supplied quantities.
What do Willow's NAD+ benefit claims establish?
Willow's product page describes its offer and care process. It does not establish that this prescription improves energy, cognition, recovery or lifespan. Its marketing testimonials are not controlled evidence for the selected NAD+ injection, and an administration guide cannot establish effectiveness. Ask the clinician which human evidence applies to the proposed product, route and purpose.
What does Willow publish clearly?
- One NAD+-specific monthly rate is public.
- The compound, subcutaneous route and included services are identified.
- An outside-pharmacy option and its separate platform fee are disclosed.
These are observable disclosures, not a certification of the provider.
Is Willow legit, and which pharmacy is involved?
A binary “legit” badge would overstate this review. We verified the listed public offer and policies, not every professional license, shipment, laboratory claim or customer outcome. The clinical service, prescribing clinician, pharmacy and medication each deserve their own checks.
Willow describes state-licensed compounding fulfillment but does not name the NAD+ dispenser in the reviewed offer. Its pharmacy-choice policy permits an outside pharmacy, subject to that pharmacy being able to fill the prescription. This disclosure does not independently verify a license or product.
Willow's general FAQ and coverage help list different jurisdictions. Neither establishes NAD+-specific availability. Confirm the exact prescription in your state with the clinician; a general weight-loss eligibility list does not settle NAD+ suitability.
Is Willow's treatment FDA-approved or guaranteed safe?
FDA approval applies to a particular drug product and indication, not to a provider's entire business. The compounded products discussed in this review are not FDA-approved. FDA does not review compounded drugs before marketing in the way it reviews approved medicines. FDA: risks of compounded drugs
This review does not establish clinical benefit from Willow's NAD+ product. Ask the prescriber what evidence supports the proposed use and what follow-up would assess it. Pricing and pharmacy disclosures cannot answer those questions for you. Read the NAD+ evidence guide.
How do cancellation and refunds work at Willow?
The FAQ asks for two business days before processing, cancellation help says two calendar days before processing, and informed consent refers to shipping. Refund help uses the pharmacy-submission or compounding stage; consent adds a 24-hour window. Request cancellation early and obtain the applicable NAD+ deadline and refund position in writing.
Ask for the next processing date and save the policy attached to your order. Ending a subscription and getting a refund are separate questions, especially once a prescription has reached the pharmacy.
Where can I compare Willow NAD+ with alternatives?
Compare Embody’s monthly NAD+ offer, Luvo’s four-week NAD+ plan and AgelessRx’s prepaid NAD+ offer. Their payment terms differ, and the quoted prices do not establish equal quantities or clinical results.
The NAD+ injection cost comparison separates initial payments from renewals. Use the NAD+ provider guide to compare care and disclosures, or read about NAD+ injection risks and evidence limits before deciding whether to seek an assessment.
What should I confirm before submitting an order?
- Complete selected bill, next processing date and any prescription changes.
- Total milligrams, concentration, vial volume and intended supply period.
- Named dispensing pharmacy and NAD+-specific state eligibility.
- Written cancellation deadline and refund cutoff for this order.
Use those questions to resolve gaps in the public record, not to choose a dose. Our payment explorer can show the financial schedule only when the published inputs support it.
