Enhanced review: NAD+, sermorelin, term prices and care

Enhanced at enhanced.com offers clinician-reviewed NAD+ and sermorelin programs through Live Enhanced. Enhanced's September 25, 2026 quote lists $149 per month for one month, $139 per month for three months and $129 per month for six months, for either product. That gives you a clear set of term rates to compare with your budget. Before choosing, confirm the amount due today, payment schedule, supplied quantity and renewal price. The NAD+ product page also mixes injectable and liposomal wording, so have the exact route written into your quote. This review covers Enhanced, a different business from Enhance MD. It evaluates product information, policy and the provider's dated quote; we have not ordered or tested treatment.

Public-information score

How is Enhanced's public information scored?

6/10

We score the information a shopper can reasonably check before enrolling: product, payments, care, pharmacy and cancellation. This is an editorial disclosure score, not a clinical-quality, safety or patient-outcome rating. Full credit means the disclosure meets our check; it does not mean the treatment is right for you.

How much do Enhanced NAD+ and sermorelin plans cost?

Enhanced quoted these term prices on September 25, 2026 for NAD+ and sermorelin individually. The quote and public product-page prices may differ. Confirm the price for your selected plan before paying.

At these monthly equivalents, the term arithmetic is $149 for one month, $417 for three months and $774 for six months, before any additional charges. Those calculations do not establish when the full amount is collected. Ask whether a longer term is prepaid, financed or billed in installments, and whether renewal uses the same rate.

Is Enhanced NAD+ an injection or a liposomal product?

The NAD+ page presents both injectable and liposomal wording. That leaves a purchasing question to resolve before selecting a plan: which formulation does the advertised price actually buy? Request the route, quantity, concentration and delivery format for your order.

A rate for oral or liposomal NAD+ should not be placed beside an injection rate as if they were identical. It is also different from the NAD precursors NR and NMN. The helpful comparison starts with the label and the clinician's intended use.

What does Enhanced say is included in sermorelin care?

Enhanced describes subcutaneous sermorelin with medication, clinician oversight and follow-ups. Its care sequence mentions clinical review and follow-up laboratory work. Get the exact included tests and any extra fees in the selected plan before treating the headline as an all-in quote.

A useful clinical consultation should explain the proposed purpose, how the clinician will assess response and when treatment should be reconsidered. A marketing timeline about sleep or recovery does not set a reliable timetable for your own results.

Who provides medical care through Enhanced?

Enhanced's terms distinguish the company from the clinical service. They name OpenLoop, Beluga Health or another telehealth provider as possible providers of the platform. The terms also list RedRock Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, Precision Compounding Pharmacy and Triad Rx as prescription-fulfillment partners.

That list gives you pharmacy names to investigate, but it does not identify the dispenser for a particular NAD+ or sermorelin order. Ask which clinical entity is evaluating you and which pharmacy will fill the prescription. This review has not independently audited all partner licenses.

How does Enhanced's refund guarantee work?

The product pages advertise a refund after a clinician determines the treatment is unsuitable. The terms also describe a separate conditional 90-day guarantee for eligible non-controlled prescription treatments and new patients. It is not a blanket promise that every purchase can be reversed.

That guarantee requires following the prescribed plan, limits reimbursement to the eligible medication's most recent billing cycle, excludes specified fees and requires a request within 30 days after the applicable 90-day period. Confirm that your exact NAD+ or sermorelin order qualifies and obtain the cancellation rules before enrolling.

Are the current Enhanced compounded products FDA-approved?

The product pages say compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Do not turn a licensed prescriber, a historical approval or a pharmacy designation into approval of the finished product sold today.

For sermorelin, the historical Geref determination is narrower than an anti-aging claim. For NAD+, a biological mechanism is a reason to study a treatment, not proof of a meaningful improvement for every adult. Ask what evidence fits the proposed formulation and your actual goal.

What should you check when an Enhanced offer page differs?

Enhanced uses more than one offer page for each product. A different page design does not establish a different formulation, price or care program. Match the product and billing term before comparing offers.

The term prices shown here come from Enhanced's September 25 quote. We have not completed a checkout. Check that your chosen destination honors the stated term rate and records the product, route, amount supplied and renewal you intend to purchase.

Who should put Enhanced on their shortlist?

The program is a reasonable one to investigate if the published term choice and described clinical process match what you want to compare. It is a less complete price answer until the exact route, bill and renewal are joined. Our recommendation is to compare the written offer, not choose by a lower monthly equivalent alone.

  • Confirm NAD+ route and supplied quantity or the sermorelin vial specifications.
  • Obtain the total first charge, payment schedule and renewal price.
  • Ask which laboratory tests, follow-ups and shipping charges are included.
  • Identify the clinical provider and pharmacy for your state.
  • Save the precise cancellation and guarantee terms attached to the order.

Your next step

Compare the written offer before you commit.

Keep the product, first payment, next bill and cancellation deadline together. An offer page can start the conversation; a clinician decides whether treatment is appropriate.

Evidence note: sources are public product and policy documents and any provider-supplied clarification identified beside the relevant finding. A source review is not an audit of every clinician, pharmacy, checkout or patient outcome. Compounded products are not FDA-approved.
