Sprout Health NAD+ review: the $149 offer, four-week renewal and refund terms.

Sprout Health's Forbes-labeled NAD+ landing advertises a 1,000 mg/5 mL vial for subcutaneous injection, $149 for the first order and $240 every four weeks afterward. That is an offer on a named landing, not an endorsement by Forbes. Other Sprout NAD+ landings show different prices. This review compares the selected offer with the company's refund policy, state exclusions and evidence limits.

Scope check: this page covers Sprout's NAD+ offer. FDA sent Sprout a warning letter about separate compounded GLP-1 advertising in 2025; it was not a finding about this NAD+ product. Company-level context does not establish the quality of an individual prescription.

Who should take a closer look?

Worth comparing if you want a public vial quantity, a published four-week renewal and home supplies included in the advertised offer.

What should give you pause?

The ongoing charge is $240 every four weeks, not the $149 first-order headline. A review-stage fee and nonrefundable pharmacy fulfillment narrow the landing's simple cancellation language.

This is a review of public product and contract information, not a hands-on medical test. No paid ranking or patient testimonial. We may earn a commission if you buy through our Sprout Health partner link. This does not change our findings, score or comparison order. Review method.

Public-information score

How is Sprout Health's public information scored?

9/10

We score the information a shopper can reasonably check before enrolling: product, payments, care, pharmacy and cancellation. This is an editorial disclosure score, not a clinical-quality, safety or patient-outcome rating. Full credit means the disclosure meets our check; it does not mean the treatment is right for you.

What does Sprout Health publish clearly?

  • The selected landing publishes the first-order amount and exact four-week renewal.
  • A 1,000 mg/5 mL vial and subcutaneous route are specified.
  • The offer includes an initial consultation, shipping, a home kit and ongoing clinician access; it also describes medical check-ins.
  • The public policy describes refund stages rather than promising every paid order is refundable.

These are observable disclosures, not a certification of the provider.

Is Sprout Health legit, and which pharmacy is involved?

A binary “legit” badge would overstate this review. We verified the listed public offer and policies, not every professional license, shipment, laboratory claim or customer outcome. The clinical service, prescribing clinician, pharmacy and medication each deserve their own checks.

Sprout's terms list Foothills Pharmacy and Promise Pharmacy as external service contacts. Its prescription-service disclosure says a partner pharmacy fills approved prescriptions unless the patient specifies another licensed pharmacy. Confirm which pharmacy can supply your NAD+ prescription and obtain its details before fulfillment. The landing's quality claims remain company statements, not an independent test of your medication.

The NAD+ landing excludes shipping to Arkansas, Kansas and New Mexico. Other clinical and pharmacy eligibility rules may apply at intake.

Is Sprout Health's treatment FDA-approved or guaranteed safe?

FDA approval applies to a particular drug product and indication, not to a provider's entire business. The compounded products discussed in this review are not FDA-approved. FDA does not review compounded drugs before marketing in the way it reviews approved medicines. FDA: risks of compounded drugs

This review does not establish clinical benefit from Sprout Health's NAD+ product. Ask the prescriber what evidence supports the proposed use and what follow-up would assess it. Pricing and pharmacy disclosures cannot answer those questions for you. Read the NAD+ evidence guide.

How do cancellation and refunds work at Sprout Health?

The landing says cancel any time before the next billing date. The refund policy asks for a cancellation request at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date and treats orders differently before review, after review and after pharmacy fulfillment. Save the selected order and request a written cancellation receipt.

Ask for the next processing date and save the policy attached to your order. Ending a subscription and getting a refund are separate questions, especially once a prescription has reached the pharmacy.

What should I confirm before submitting an order?

  1. Confirm that the selected offer is the $149 landing, not another Sprout promotion.
  2. Confirm the quantity, charge date and actual dispensing pharmacy.
  3. Ask how the $50 review-stage fee and pharmacy fulfillment rules apply if the clinician declines treatment.
  4. Check NAD+ eligibility in your state.

Use those questions to resolve gaps in the public record, not to choose a dose. Our payment explorer can show the financial schedule only when the published inputs support it.

How does this NAD+ offer compare with the other 1,000 mg headline?

Sprout publishes a 1,000 mg vial, $149 first order and $240 four-week renewal. System Labs publishes a 1,000 mg monthly headline and $89 first-month promotion, but its NAD+ page also mentions nasal administration and does not expressly state the later charge. These are not verified equivalent prescriptions. Read the Sprout Health vs System Labs NAD+ comparison.

Which original sources support this review?

The following official product and policy pages were checked on September 23, 2026. Public text may change, and checkout-specific conditions still need confirmation. If you find a mismatch, send a correction with the page and source.
