Pallas Health review: the offer and the fine print.

Product pages say the treatment charge occurs once prescribed and nothing is charged at checkout. General terms nevertheless permit a credited visit deposit. The product page's price-lock wording also conflicts with terms allowing price changes after notice. Ask which terms govern your order rather than treating the stronger marketing claim as guaranteed.

A binary “legit” badge would overstate this review. We verified the listed public offer and policies, not every professional license, shipment, laboratory claim or customer outcome. The clinical service, prescribing clinician, pharmacy and medication each deserve their own checks.

Clinical disclosures list Belmar, Strive, Epiq Scripts, Casa Pharma Rx, The Pharmacy Hub and Foothills. Pallas says pharmacy assignment depends on medication, state and capacity; a named network is not identification of your dispenser.

Pallas describes accepting patients in all 50 states and DC. Actual eligibility for a particular medication still depends on the clinical assessment and fulfillment arrangements. We have not independently audited every clinician or pharmacy license.

The terms permit cancellation through the account or support, effective at the end of the paid period. Shipped medication is generally nonrefundable. Some eligible refunds deduct processing costs and an administrative amount; declined or unfulfilled orders can receive a full refund. Get the applicable rule before paying.

Ask for the next processing date and save the policy attached to your order. Ending a subscription and getting a refund are separate questions, especially once a prescription has reached the pharmacy.
