TMates NAD+ review

TMates NAD+ review: the price, vial and fine print.

TMates advertises an at-home, clinician-reviewed NAD+ injection with medication, shipping and ongoing support included. Its published plan totals are $149 for one month, $400 for three, $650 for six and $1,050 for twelve. The lower monthly headline requires a longer commitment. Its product page describes a 1,000 mg/5 mL vial, while a TMates article describes 1,000 mg/10 mL. Its refund terms also narrow the “cancel anytime” message once a prescription reaches a pharmacy. Confirm the actual vial, full checkout schedule and refund rule for NAD+ in writing. Neither the biological role of NAD+ nor TMates testimonials prove that this injection improves energy or extends life.

Public-information score

How is TMates's public information scored?

7/10

We score the information a shopper can reasonably check before enrolling: product, payments, care, pharmacy and cancellation. This is an editorial disclosure score, not a clinical-quality, safety or patient-outcome rating. Full credit means the disclosure meets our check; it does not mean the treatment is right for you.

How much does TMates NAD+ cost?

TMates lists four NAD+ plan totals for the injectable selection. The monthly figures below divide each published total by its stated number of months; they are averages, not a promise of monthly billing or a verified quantity of medication per term. TMates NAD+ product page.

Published NAD+ injection options checked September 20, 2026
Listed termAdvertised totalCalculated monthly average
1 month$149$149/month
3 months$400about $133.33/month
6 months$650about $108.33/month
12 months$1,050$87.50/month

The product page says medication, free shipping and ongoing support are included. It does not establish how much NAD+ is supplied across each longer term, the actual checkout schedule, or whether refills and future charges follow those averages. Check the written order before paying.

What NAD+ product does TMates say it supplies?

The current NAD+ product page labels the injectable option “1,000 mg / 5 mL (200 mg/mL)” for subcutaneous use. TMates' injection-versus-nasal article instead describes a “1,000 mg / 10 mL (100 mg/mL)” vial. Both descriptions contain 1,000 mg overall, but they imply different concentrations and injection volumes. We cannot determine which formulation would be dispensed from those pages.

TMates also offers a nasal format, which is a different product and route. The public pages give conflicting nasal concentration descriptions too. Ask for the actual prescription label, vial volume, concentration, dispensing pharmacy and supplied quantity. This review does not suggest a dose or treat the two routes as clinically equivalent.

Can you cancel TMates NAD+ and get a refund?

The product page says “Cancel Anytime.” Section 11 of TMates' terms says a purchase before medical review receives a full refund, while a qualifying patient whose prescription has been sent to a pharmacy receives no refund; a denied refund leaves a payment plan in force. Its disqualification wording refers specifically to weight-loss plans, so it does not clearly answer what happens if an NAD+ applicant is declined.

Before selecting a prepaid term, ask TMates when it charges the full amount, what “cancel anytime” stops, what happens after clinical non-qualification, and whether any unused term can be refunded. A cancellation of future service is not necessarily a refund of a past payment.

Do TMates NAD+ injections work, and are they FDA-approved?

NAD+ is a coenzyme involved in cellular reactions, but that role alone does not demonstrate a benefit from this injected product. The small Grant et al.: human NAD+ IV pilot (2019) studied an IV infusion and short-term metabolites, not TMates' subcutaneous plan, fatigue, cognition or lifespan. TMates' patient quotes are testimonials, not controlled evidence for those outcomes.

TMates states that its compounded medication is not evaluated by FDA for safety, quality or efficacy. FDA: risks of compounded drugs FDA has also warned about adverse event reports with injectable NAD+ and unsuitable ingredients used in sterile compounding; the alert is general and does not identify TMates as the supplier in those reports. Is TMates NAD+ the right provider to investigate?

The public price ladder and included-service statements make it possible to compare the advertised commitment. The formulation conflict, unverified fulfillment details and restrictive refund language deserve answers before payment. We have not verified an individual dispensing pharmacy, clinical credentials for a specific prescription, or a patient outcome. Read the official NAD+ offer and TMates' terms.
