BMI MD review: NAD+, sermorelin and the real plan commitment

BMI MD offers several longevity product formats: NAD+ injections and nasal spray, plus sermorelin injections, tablets and nasal spray. Its injection plan pages publish useful term totals, but the lowest monthly headline requires a larger commitment. The NAD+ page shows $119 for one month versus $1,068 for twelve months; sermorelin injections show $139 for one month versus $594 for six months. This can suit someone who wants to compare formats and payment terms before starting an assessment. Choose the formulation with a clinician before choosing the discount. Refund restrictions apply once an order progresses, and we have not verified an individual checkout, prescription or dispensing pharmacy.

Check location rules before continuing. The partner offer excludes California and South Carolina; a direct provider link remains available.

Public-information score

How is BMI MD's public information scored?

8/10

We score the information a shopper can reasonably check before enrolling: product, payments, care, pharmacy and cancellation. This is an editorial disclosure score, not a clinical-quality, safety or patient-outcome rating. Full credit means the disclosure meets our check; it does not mean the treatment is right for you.

Why take a closer look

A useful shortlist option when you want several formats and a visible term-price menu before intake.

Resolve before paying

Confirm the upfront payment, cancellation terms and supplied quantity before prepaying. Ask what evidence supports the specific formulation; needle-free formats do not inherit injection evidence.

How much do BMI MD NAD+ and sermorelin injections cost?

Read the total charge beside the advertised monthly equivalent. The figures below are public plan-page observations, not completed checkout quotes. Other campaign pages and older promotions may differ.

NAD+ injection$119$327 total$594 total$1,068 total

Longer terms are presented as term payments. Do not read $89/month as an $89 annual-plan checkout.

Does BMI MD offer tablets or nasal spray instead of injections?

Yes. The catalog has separate sermorelin tablet and nasal products and a separate NAD+ nasal product. A route is a meaningful choice, not a cosmetic preference: the product, absorption, research and instructions must match the selected prescription.

The tablet page describes sublingual use. Ask for the actual ingredient strength, tablet count or spray concentration, and the total amount supplied. Do not use injection studies to promise the results of a tablet or nasal spray. A lower sticker price cannot resolve that evidence question.

What is included in the injection plans?

BMI MD describes clinician consultation, provider messaging, shipping and refills within the subscription experience. Its sermorelin injection listing identifies a 5 mL vial at 2 mg/mL, or 10 mg total, and an injection kit. That quantity describes the listing, not a dose recommendation or an assurance that every order has the same dispensing label.

Before paying, obtain a written itemization of any required laboratory work and the prescribed supply. Keep the delivery schedule separate from the payment schedule: paying for several months does not tell you how many vials arrive at once.

Is BMI MD a pharmacy, and who provides the care?

BMI MD describes a telehealth service. Its terms name Precision Compounding Pharmacy, explain that the dispensing pharmacy depends on the patient's location and allow patients to choose another pharmacy. Its injection plans also describe clinician consultation and continuing provider messaging.

These disclosures explain the care and dispensing process before enrollment. Confirm the prescriber and pharmacy for your particular order, including whether your chosen pharmacy can supply the prescribed product. Save their contact details and check the relevant state licensing registers; a published partner name is not an independent license check.

Can you cancel BMI MD and get a refund?

The refund policy distinguishes medical ineligibility from a voluntary cancellation. It says the payment hold is released if the clinician determines you are ineligible. It also lists a $50 cancellation fee once intake has been sent, restrictions after a prescription reaches or is processed by the pharmacy, and no refunds for partly used subscription periods. The sermorelin injection page says there are no cancellation fees; ask BMI MD to resolve that difference in writing for your order.

Canceling future renewals is a different decision from reversing a prepaid order. For a multi-month plan, ask which charge is already committed, when the next payment processes and whether unused months are refundable. Keep the policy and plan confirmation together.

  • Confirm the cancellation cutoff before the next automatic payment.
  • Request a dated cancellation receipt.
  • Report a delivery problem promptly; the published policy asks for notice within 24 hours of receiving medication.

What does the evidence establish about NAD+ and sermorelin?

NAD+ is a coenzyme, not a peptide. Its role in cellular processes does not establish that a retail injection extends life or treats fatigue. Sermorelin is a peptide that stimulates growth-hormone signaling; it is not testosterone replacement.

FDA's historical Geref record concerns specific discontinued products. It does not approve current compounded longevity formulations, tablets or nasal sprays. Our evidence guides explain the study populations and routes so you can take a more precise question to the clinician.

Which BMI MD offer should you use when several pages show prices?

Use the page for the exact product and preserve the offer you selected. The reviewed NAD+ page still included an August 4 price-freeze popup when retrieved in September. That past deadline should not create urgency or be treated as a current guarantee.

We keep the injection, tablet and nasal destinations separate. Sale pages and quiz variants are alternative entry points, not proof of a different treatment or better value. Confirm that the final order matches the route, term total and renewal conditions you meant to choose.

Are MIC+B12 and glutathione part of the NAD+ comparison?

No. BMI MD lists MIC+B12 and glutathione separately. Neither is another name for NAD+ or sermorelin, and this review does not transfer benefit claims or prices between them. They remain outside our active shortlist until their exact formulations, quantities, ongoing payments and evidence are reviewed.

If you came here for a weight-loss treatment, compare that separate clinical decision through GLP-1 Picks. A longevity product listing is not evidence that it has the same effects as a GLP-1 medicine.

What should you confirm before choosing BMI MD?

BMI MD is worth a closer look for its format choice and published term totals. Start with the shortest commitment that fits your actual decision, then assess a longer term after the clinical and refund questions are answered. We have not ordered treatment or assigned a clinical quality score.

  • Exact product, route, quantity and dispensing pharmacy.
  • Initial authorized amount, capture timing and the next renewal.
  • Any required laboratory or consultation charges beyond the advertised plan.
  • Which policy applies to a clinician decline, voluntary cancellation and unused prepaid supply.
  • Whether your selected promotion and product are available in your state.
