Source-based provider review
SHED NAD+ review: injection price and cancellation terms.
SHED (ShedRx) lists NAD+ injections starting at $169.00 per month. The lower $144.00 headline belongs to its nasal spray, not the injection. The starting rate is not a verified first bill: vial contents, extra fees and the exact renewal charge still need confirmation. Its public cancellation documents also disagree about the minimum commitment. This review puts those differences beside the sources so you can ask for the terms of your actual order before paying. It is not a review of SHED's GLP-1 treatments or evidence of medical benefit.

Who should take a closer look?
Useful to compare if SHED is already on your shortlist and you want to inspect the injection offer separately from its other formats.
What should give you pause?
The public starting rate does not settle your first bill. Conflicting commitment language also prevents a reliable minimum-cost comparison.
This is a review of public product and contract information, not a hands-on medical test. No paid ranking or patient testimonial. No active affiliate link appears in this review. Review method.

Public-information score
How is SHED's public information scored?
8/10
We score the information a shopper can reasonably check before enrolling: product, payments, care, pharmacy and cancellation. This is an editorial disclosure score, not a clinical-quality, safety or patient-outcome rating. Full credit means the disclosure meets our check; it does not mean the treatment is right for you.

Five scores and their sources
- Product detail2/2
Clear. Injection and nasal products are separated, while exact injection contents remain unverified.
- Price and payment1/2
Partial. An injection starting price is public, but the first bill, renewal and minimum commitment are unresolved.
NAD product cards and advertised starting prices · Terms: program commitment, billing and pharmacy partners · Cancellation and refund help: standard subscriptions
- Care process2/2
Clear. The terms explain clinician-led eligibility decisions and follow-up care through telehealth, including secure messaging. Follow-up timing is set by the clinician.
- Pharmacy disclosure2/2
Clear. Terms name pharmacy partners, and help documentation explains that assignment depends on prescription and location. This does not certify any pharmacy or product.
Terms: program commitment, billing and pharmacy partners · Pharmacy assignment and medication availability
- Cancellation and refunds1/2
Partial. The terms and cancellation-help page give conflicting commitment information, preventing full policy credit.

SHED also lists a lower-priced nasal NAD+ product on its official product cards. That is a different route from the injection audited here. Read the NAD+ nasal spray evidence and price guide before comparing those headlines.
What does SHED publish clearly?
- Separate product cards let you distinguish injection, nasal and oral offers.
- The public terms and help policies can be read before enrollment.
- Pharmacy-assignment information explains why a network list is not your own dispensing record.
These are observable disclosures, not a certification of the provider.
Is SHED legit, and which pharmacy is involved?
A binary “legit” badge would overstate this review. We verified the listed public offer and policies, not every professional license, shipment, laboratory claim or customer outcome. The clinical service, prescribing clinician, pharmacy and medication each deserve their own checks.
SHED's terms name pharmacy partners, and its pharmacy help page says assignment depends on the prescription and delivery location. This does not identify who would dispense your NAD+ order. Ask for the actual pharmacy and verify its license; this review does not certify the network or a particular product.
SHED requires an eligible US location, and its help documentation qualifies medication availability by state and pharmacy rules. We have not verified a NAD-specific state list. Check access to the injection in your state before starting a paid assessment.
Is SHED's treatment FDA-approved or guaranteed safe?
FDA approval applies to a particular drug product and indication, not to a provider's entire business. The compounded products discussed in this review are not FDA-approved. FDA does not review compounded drugs before marketing in the way it reviews approved medicines. FDA: risks of compounded drugs
This review does not establish clinical benefit from SHED's NAD+ product. Ask the prescriber what evidence supports the proposed use and what follow-up would assess it. Pricing and pharmacy disclosures cannot answer those questions for you. Read the NAD+ evidence guide.
How do cancellation and refunds work at SHED?
The general terms require at least two full months, while the help page says standard subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Both specify a 72-hour cancellation cutoff before the next bill. Ask which commitment and refund rules apply to the NAD order; we have not resolved that conflict. Both documents limit refunds after charging, with exceptions that depend on the order. Cancellation is not a promise of reimbursement.
Ask for the next processing date and save the policy attached to your order. Ending a subscription and getting a refund are separate questions, especially once a prescription has reached the pharmacy.
Why is SHED not in the sermorelin comparison?
The linked sermorelin page mixes different price sections with unrelated Wegovy content. We have not established a consistent product-specific offer, so SHED is not included in our sermorelin price comparison. That is a limit of this audit, not proof the service is unavailable.

What should I confirm before submitting an order?
- Confirm that the quote is for NAD+ injections, with exact vial quantity and concentration.
- Get the first bill, required fees and next processing date in writing.
- Resolve the minimum commitment and refund-policy conflict for this exact plan.
- Identify the dispensing pharmacy and confirm NAD-specific eligibility in your state.
Use those questions to resolve gaps in the public record, not to choose a dose. Our payment explorer can show the financial schedule only when the published inputs support it.
Which original sources support this review?
The following official product and policy pages were checked on September 19, 2026. Public text may change, and checkout-specific conditions still need confirmation. If you find a mismatch, send a correction with the page and source.
These are products marketed in the longevity category, not established lifespan-extension treatments. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. This publication compares public information; a clinician must assess individual suitability. How we compare.
Which alternatives should I compare with SHED?
Compare the same molecule and route before deciding a different headline is better value. Other NAD+ injection providers in our source audit are AgelessRx, Embody, Luvo Health, Pallas Health, PeterMD, RNK Health, Sprout Health, System Labs, Wellorithm, Willow. Each still has its own fees, contract and clinical-assessment questions.
