Taurus review: NAD+, sermorelin and the $79 first month

Taurus advertises NAD+ and sermorelin offers at $79 for the first month on the pages reviewed. Its NAD+ page provides a usable vial specification: 200 mg/mL in a 5 mL bottle, or 1,000 mg total. The introductory price is appealing to compare, but the crossed-out $179 does not by itself prove what the next bill will be. The sermorelin page also prints a concentration unit that needs confirmation before it can support a quantity comparison. Taurus may suit someone exploring an introductory clinician-reviewed offer, provided they first confirm the ongoing cost, pharmacy, formulation and cancellation rules. This review covers longevity products rather than Taurus TRT.

Public-information score

How is Taurus's public information scored?

7/10

We score the information a shopper can reasonably check before enrolling: product, payments, care, pharmacy and cancellation. This is an editorial disclosure score, not a clinical-quality, safety or patient-outcome rating. Full credit means the disclosure meets our check; it does not mean the treatment is right for you.

Why take a closer look

Worth investigating for an introductory offer and the published NAD+ vial specification.

Resolve before paying

Confirm the refill bill and the sermorelin concentration. A first-month discount is not a long-term cost ranking.

What do Taurus NAD+ and sermorelin cost after the first month?

The pages show $79 for the first month with a crossed-out $179. They do not explicitly establish the later charge in the text reviewed. This table therefore records the introductory amount and leaves renewal unknown.

Section 28 of Taurus's terms lists a recurring $17.99 membership fee per billing period unless otherwise stated at purchase. Confirm whether your selected NAD+ or sermorelin offer includes that fee, charges it separately or waives it, and how long its billing period lasts. We have not added it to the $79 headline because its application to these offers is unresolved.

Request the next invoice amount, billing date and any required fees before choosing by price. If the provider supplies a confirmed recurring quote, it can then be compared with standing monthly and prepaid offers on the same basis.

How much NAD+ does Taurus say the bottle contains?

The NAD+ page states 200 mg/mL and a 5 mL bottle. Multiplying those label figures gives 1,000 mg total. That arithmetic describes bottle contents, not a clinical dose, absorption advantage or a guaranteed month of treatment for every patient.

Ask whether the same bottle specification applies to the introductory and refill orders. Per-shot marketing is less useful until the prescriber sets an individual plan; our comparison does not derive a treatment schedule from a bottle price.

What needs clarification on Taurus's sermorelin page?

The public page prints 2mcg/mL with a 5 mL bottle. We have not silently changed micrograms to milligrams or used it to calculate a competing price per milligram. The pharmacy label and a written clarification should settle the actual concentration.

Until that is resolved, the page can support an offer-level price discussion but not a reliable quantity-normalized comparison. A reader should never calculate administration instructions from a possible marketing-page unit error.

Is Taurus the medical provider or the pharmacy?

The site names Taurus Medical, Inc. and states that Taurus is not itself a laboratory or medical provider. Its pages link to a separate telehealth consent. The public offer describes dispensing through a licensed US pharmacy, but that does not name the dispenser for an individual order.

Ask which clinical entity provides your assessment, who handles follow-up and which pharmacy fulfills the selected product in your state. Keep these answers with the prescription information; a promotional vial image does not identify the actual dispensing label.

How do Taurus renewals, cancellations and refunds work?

The terms say subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, with the cycle determined by the chosen plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term. They also say shipped medications are final sale and bloodwork is nonrefundable because the laboratory order is submitted after payment.

That makes the timing of each action important. Obtain the renewal and pharmacy-processing dates before deciding to proceed. Canceling a subscription may prevent another charge without reversing an already paid order or laboratory cost.

  • Ask for the exact recurring amount and renewal interval.
  • Confirm the cancellation method and obtain a dated receipt.
  • Clarify what happens if the clinician declines treatment before medication is ordered.
  • Check the charges and timing of any required laboratory work.

Are NAD+ and sermorelin the same type of treatment?

No. NAD+ is a coenzyme; sermorelin is a peptide. Neither should inherit claims, quantities or a clinical recommendation from the other. A website category such as anti-aging does not make products equivalent or prove a longer life.

Current compounded preparations have not gone through FDA approval as finished products. Ask the clinician which evidence supports the proposed use and route, what remains uncertain and what would prompt a change in care.

Why is Taurus glutathione kept outside this comparison?

Taurus lists glutathione separately from its NAD+ and sermorelin programs. Glutathione is its own product and purchasing decision. Its presence does not establish NAD+ equivalence, an anti-aging effect or a fully verified recurring plan.

Before considering glutathione, ask for its formulation, supplied quantity, recurring cost and the evidence supporting its proposed use. FDA's sterile-ingredient warning also points to previous glutathione compounding concerns; that general record is not an allegation about Taurus.

When is Taurus worth a closer look?

Consider Taurus when an introductory offer is useful to your comparison and you are willing to resolve the ongoing bill and label details before enrollment. The public NAD+ quantity gives you a concrete question to compare with another provider. It does not establish superior quality or clinical outcomes.

  • Verify the product, actual pharmacy label and supplied quantity.
  • Get the first and next charges in writing, with required fees.
  • Clarify the sermorelin concentration before relying on any quantity calculation.
  • Check the clinician and pharmacy for your state.
  • Understand the cancellation timing and final-sale rules.
