Privacy Policy

Provider filters and payment-window inputs run in your browser. We do not send those selections or dates to a medical provider, save a health profile, or collect a clinical questionnaire. This launch site has no user accounts, checkout or newsletter form.

The optional preferred-source link opens Google's source preferences for longevityranked.com. Google handles your choice under its own privacy policy. We do not learn whether you selected or saved the site. After a deliberate click, clean public production pages may load Google's interactive preferred-source library; it contacts Google even before a choice is saved. Pages with URL query strings or fragments, private previews and browsers with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control retain the ordinary Google link without loading that library.

If you have allowed optional analytics, we record a separate preferred_source_click event with the publication, public page path and button placement. It is not a provider click, affiliate conversion or confirmation that you added us. We do not include URL query strings, health answers, identifiers or the Google destination in its custom parameters. You can decline analytics and still use the Google link. Google's privacy policy.

Ordinary visitor analytics can start automatically for visits detected in the United States. Elsewhere, or when location is unknown, Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Web Analytics stay off until you choose “Allow analytics.” A saved refusal and browser privacy signals keep them off. They measure visits and provider-link clicks, with basic browser, device and referral information. Google Analytics uses first-party analytics cookies and browser identifiers; this is not anonymous browsing. Session recording is not enabled. Either choice is saved on this browser for 180 days. Turn analytics off or change your choice with “Analytics choices” in the footer. Automatic measurement does not save an acceptance for you. Withdrawing reloads a page that loaded tracking code to stop future collection; it cannot recall data already sent. If saving fails, optional measurement stays off in that tab.

Our explicit page and provider-link events remove query strings and fragments and do not intentionally include symptoms, diagnoses, treatment answers, payment-tool inputs, search terms, email addresses or provider destination URLs. Google Analytics automatic interaction tracking and ad-personalization signals are off. Withdrawing consent stops future optional analytics events and clears the related first-party identifiers. A browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal keeps optional analytics off. Hosting and security services may still process technical requests. If you email us, we receive the address and information you send and use it to respond, investigate a correction or handle the request. Our current contact uses Gmail. Please do not send medical records, prescriptions, identification documents or other sensitive health information. We do not add correspondents to a marketing list.

Messages may be retained while needed to handle the issue and maintain a record of material corrections. To request access, correction or deletion of personal information you have sent, contact thecompoundgroupco@gmail.com.

You leave Longevity Ranked and enter a separate website with its own privacy practices and clinical intake. We do not receive the medical answers or prescription details you provide there. Review that provider's privacy policy before submitting information.

Labeled PeterMD, Embody, Luvo Health, Wellorithm NAD+ and sermorelin, Sprout Health NAD+, System Labs NAD+ and sermorelin, RNK Health NAD+ and sermorelin, HealthRX, TMates, RxSpan MD, Live Vital and eligible MyDrHank commercial links pass through Katalys/Revoffers and include public program, website and landing-page identifiers. The network and provider may use cookies or similar technology to attribute a referral under their own privacy policies. We do not put health answers, names or email addresses into these links. Enhanced, Lttl, Taurus and eligible BMI MD product buttons use offer-specific Everflow links. The provider and network process the referral under their own privacy policies. Public site, source-page and placement labels help us understand which pages readers use. Only while analytics and the separate “Allow referral matching” choice are both allowed do we add the existing Google Analytics browser ID and consent marker. Matching is off by default and can be changed under Analytics choices in the footer. Secured conversion notifications can return that context, a network conversion ID, offer ID and our commission amount. Our receiver sends a purchase event to this site’s Google Analytics property; its value is affiliate commission, not your order total. No names, email addresses, URL queries, health answers or payment-tool inputs are attached. Change your footer choice to stop matching future clicks, or contact us about information already processed. MyDrHank's location check also retains direct links for its excluded or unspecified locations and does not store or transmit the choice. BMI MD offers exclude California and South Carolina: the location-check page uses an ordinary provider URL unless you select another US state or Washington, DC. That selection is not saved or sent to analytics. Source citations always use ordinary primary-source URLs. Updated September 29, 2026.

Katalys referral matching is off by default and is a separate choice, “Allow Katalys referral matching,” under Analytics choices in the footer. Your Everflow choice does not turn it on. It works only while optional analytics is also allowed, and the choice expires after 180 days. Browsers sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control keep analytics, and therefore this matching, off; so does a browser that blocks site storage. If your Katalys choice cannot be saved, matching stays off on that page; an earlier saved choice can apply again after a reload, so try again or clear this site's data.

While both choices are allowed, a labeled Katalys/Revoffers partner link on a published longevityranked.com page adds the public page path and button placement, plus the existing Google Analytics browser ID when one is present, when you click or open it. Katalys and the provider receive that context under their own privacy policies. No names, email addresses, URL queries or fragments, health answers, payment-tool inputs or destination addresses are added. Turn the choice off and the next click uses the ordinary partner link again.

When Katalys reports an approved conversion from one of these links, it sends a secured notification to our receiver with the page path, placement, the browser ID if the click carried one, its conversion sequence number, the offer ID and our commission amount. If the click carried a browser ID, the receiver sends a purchase event to this site’s Google Analytics property; its value is our commission, not your order total. With no browser ID, nothing is sent to analytics. A purchase from a click made while matching was on can still be reported after you turn it off; contact us about information already processed. If sending fails, Katalys may retry with the same sequence number, which becomes the analytics transaction ID that Google Analytics uses to recognize a repeat; neither delivery nor duplicate filtering is guaranteed. Later status changes and reversals are not sent.
