Eden NAD+ and sermorelin review: membership, formats and FDA history.
This Eden NAD+ and sermorelin review separates medication prices from the membership required by its current nasal-NAD+ and sermorelin pages. Those pages advertise first-month medication from $112 and $126 respectively, plus $39 introductory membership, which renews at $99 monthly. That does not establish the next medication bill or a complete checkout total. Eden also lists NAD+ injections and a separate sermorelin tablet, whose formats cannot share one price or evidence claim. FDA warned Eden Health International Inc. about misleading GLP-1 marketing in June 2026; the letter's scope matters and is explained below. This review concerns longevity-plan decisions, not Eden's weight-loss program, a personal treatment experience or an endorsement of clinical benefit.

Who should take a closer look?
Useful if you are comparing Eden's NAD+ or sermorelin options and want the route, medication charge, membership and cancellation terms separated before enrollment.
What should give you pause?
The first-month headline excludes required membership, while product renewal details remain unresolved. Our available approved affiliate landing is for GLP-1 care, so this longevity review has no matching partner button.

The product advertises medication from $112 in the first month. Its footnote adds required membership of $39 initially, then $99 monthly. The first advertised components add to $151 before unverified extras; this is not a checked total due now. The next medication bill is unverified.

The product advertises medication from $126 in the first month. Its footnote adds required membership of $39 initially, then $99 monthly. The first advertised components add to $165 before unverified extras; this is not a checked total due now. The next medication bill is unverified.
The nasal-NAD+ and sermorelin injection footnotes require $39 membership in month one and $99 monthly thereafter, in addition to medication. Adding the advertised first-month components gives $151 for nasal NAD+ or $165 for sermorelin, before any unverified required extras. These are examples, not checked amounts due at intake. Do not assume the introductory medication price repeats or that membership guarantees a prescription.

Public-information score
How is Eden's public information scored?
9/10
We score the information a shopper can reasonably check before enrolling: product, payments, care, pharmacy and cancellation. This is an editorial disclosure score, not a clinical-quality, safety or patient-outcome rating. Full credit means the disclosure meets our check; it does not mean the treatment is right for you.
Scope: NAD+ and Sermorelin offers covered in this review. Assessed ; underlying source review . Read the scoring rules.
Five scores and their sources
- Product detail2/2
Clear. Several product routes and a sermorelin vial are disclosed; the unread detailed injection offer and other quantities remain separate quantity and billing limitations.
Eden sermorelin injection, quantity and membership footnote · Eden NAD+ nasal spray and membership footnote · Eden NAD+ injection listing; detailed read unavailable · Eden current product catalog
- Price and payment1/2
Partial. Required membership rates and first-month medication headlines are visible, but medication renewal remains unresolved.
Eden sermorelin injection, quantity and membership footnote · Eden NAD+ nasal spray and membership footnote · Eden terms, membership and refund rules
- Care process2/2
Clear. The terms describe clinical assessment and ongoing care-team messaging and follow-up visits, subject to the treatment plan and clinical availability.
- Pharmacy disclosure2/2
Clear. The terms permit either a contracted network pharmacy or a pharmacy chosen by the patient. This is a disclosed fulfillment choice, not an independent pharmacy audit.
- Cancellation and refunds2/2
Clear. Membership cancellation timing and refund exceptions are public, with medication rules distinguished from membership refunds.
Why is Eden's headline price different from the complete bill?
The product footnote says the nasal-NAD+ and sermorelin prices cover medication only, and medication requires an active membership. This specific disclosure matters more for budgeting than a general FAQ saying visits and medicine are included in a plan.
Request the current medication renewal, membership renewal and full first payment together. Cancellation ends future membership access under the terms; it does not automatically unwind medicine already supplied. Readers comparing Eden's separate weight-loss plans should use our sister publication's GLP-1 review, whose product prices and clinical discussion belong to that different decision.
Which Eden formats have we actually established?
The sermorelin injection page specifies a 5 mL vial containing 10 mg and a home kit. That is a supplied quantity, not a dosing instruction or proof of how long it lasts. Eden separately lists sermorelin ODT, so its tablet must not inherit an injection's quantity, absorption or evidence.
Eden's catalog also lists 500 mg and 1,000 mg NAD+ injection options and a separate nasal spray. Our detailed injection-page read was blocked, so we do not provide a verified injection bill or transfer the nasal offer's membership terms to an unread checkout. Ask for the exact product quote.
What did FDA's warning to Eden actually concern?
FDA's June 8, 2026 letter names Eden Health International Inc. dba Eden and reviews tryeden.com marketing from March 2026. It concerns compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide: product labels suggesting Eden was the compounder, and misleading claims that pharmacies or facilities were FDA-licensed. FDA explained that this is not a designation it grants to compounders.
This history is relevant when assessing brand disclosures, but it is not an NAD+ or sermorelin batch test, nor a determination that every Eden product is unsafe. We did not establish the current resolution of the letter. Confirm the actual compounder and product documentation; a pharmacy registration or website testing badge does not make a compounded prescription FDA-approved.
What does Eden publish clearly?
- The current pages distinguish injection, nasal and tablet products.
- The membership footnote publishes the introductory fee and its higher recurring rate.
- Membership terms describe assessments, follow-up visits and secure care-team messaging, subject to the treatment plan and clinical availability.
- The public terms explain the cancellation cutoff and limited membership-refund exceptions.
These are observable disclosures, not a certification of the provider.
Is Eden legit, and which pharmacy is involved?
A binary “legit” badge would overstate this review. We verified the listed public offer and policies, not every professional license, shipment, laboratory claim or customer outcome. The clinical service, prescribing clinician, pharmacy and medication each deserve their own checks.
Eden's terms identify the operator as Eden Health International Inc. and distinguish its platform from treating providers and dispensing pharmacies. They allow patients to choose a network pharmacy or another pharmacy when prompted during enrollment. Confirm that the selected pharmacy can supply your prescription and obtain its details; the general terms do not identify your individual dispenser. Website testing claims are not an independent examination of your supplied product.
The terms limit services to US users and require an accurate current-state declaration. A network of licensed providers is not proof every formulation can be supplied in every state. Confirm access to the particular NAD+ format or sermorelin preparation before paying.
Is Eden's treatment FDA-approved or guaranteed safe?
FDA approval applies to a particular drug product and indication, not to a provider's entire business. The compounded products discussed in this review are not FDA-approved. FDA does not review compounded drugs before marketing in the way it reviews approved medicines. FDA: risks of compounded drugs
Historical approval of Geref does not approve a current compounded sermorelin formulation for longevity. A published price or a named pharmacy is not a substitute for an individual clinical assessment. FDA: discontinued Geref determination (2013)
How do cancellation and refunds work at Eden?
Section 23 requires membership cancellation to be confirmed at least 48 hours before renewal. Paid membership periods are generally nonrefundable; the initial membership fee is refunded when the intake produces no prescription. Medication and unavailable-supply refund provisions are separate. Ask which charges remain if an order has already been processed or shipped.
Ask for the next processing date and save the policy attached to your order. Ending a subscription and getting a refund are separate questions, especially once a prescription has reached the pharmacy.
What should I confirm before submitting an order?
- Which exact product, quantity and administration route does the quote cover?
- What are medication, membership, extra fees and the next charge separately?
- Which pharmacy prepares the prescription, and what product-specific quality information is available?
- What written confirmation prevents the next membership renewal?
Use those questions to resolve gaps in the public record, not to choose a dose. Our payment explorer can show the financial schedule only when the published inputs support it.

How does Eden compare with other providers, head to head?
Each comparison puts the same product and route side by side: initial plan payment, renewal, minimum commitment, quantity and the terms still unverified. Eden's initial plan payments are not verified in our records, so these pages cannot rank its starting cost; they set its other terms beside each alternative.
