The page lists Red Rock Compounding Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, Precision Medicine and Triad Rx as possible partners. That network list does not identify which pharmacy will supply your NAD+ prescription or independently validate its product quality.

The terms say services are available in certain states and direct readers to support for the current list. We have not verified a complete state-by-state list for this NAD+ offer.

Requests must reach support or the account system at least 72 hours before billing. The refund policy treats paid terms, including multi-month purchases, as generally final. A provider's medical disqualification can allow unused value to be returned after services already delivered are deducted. Canceling in time stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund an existing payment.

Ask for the next processing date and save the policy attached to your order. Ending a subscription and getting a refund are separate questions, especially once a prescription has reached the pharmacy.
