The refund policy says the subscription starts when payment is submitted and paid terms are generally final. Confirm the first and next billing dates on the order and do not read a cancellation promise as a refund promise.

Prices are USD, checked October 13, 2026. These are advertised self-pay offers, not a personalized quote or an assurance of insurance coverage. The full medication quantity and mandatory fees are not conclusively joined to every price.

A binary “legit” badge would overstate this review. We verified the listed public offer and policies, not every professional license, shipment, laboratory claim or customer outcome. The clinical service, prescribing clinician, pharmacy and medication each deserve their own checks.

The product pages list Red Rock Compounding Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, Precision Medicine and Triad Rx as possible partners. That network list does not identify which pharmacy will supply an individual NAD+ or sermorelin prescription or independently validate the product dispensed.

The terms say services are available only in certain states and direct readers to support for the current list. We have not verified a complete product-by-product state list for NAD+ or sermorelin.

FDA approval applies to a particular drug product and indication, not to a provider's entire business. The compounded products discussed in this review are not FDA-approved. Embody's marketing uses peptide language for NAD+. We do not repeat that classification: NAD+ is a coenzyme, not a peptide. Its compounded sermorelin plan is also not the historically approved Geref product, and Geref's history does not approve a current longevity formulation. A request must arrive at least 72 hours before the next billing date to stop a future renewal. The refund policy treats payments as generally final, including single-, multi-month and bundled plans. A provider's medical disqualification can allow unused value to be returned after services already delivered are deducted. The sermorelin page's shorter refund-if-not-eligible message is therefore subject to the full policy.

Ask for the next processing date and save the policy attached to your order. Ending a subscription and getting a refund are separate questions, especially once a prescription has reached the pharmacy.
