Source-based provider review
PeterMD review: NAD+, sermorelin, prices and fine print.
PeterMD publishes three distinct longevity product routes: an NAD+ injection at $369 for an advertised 8 to 10-week supply, NAD+ capsules from $125.65 for 30 days, and sermorelin injections at $211.65 for four weeks or $585 for twelve weeks. The injection and capsule products are not interchangeable, and the public pages do not fully publish product quantities, renewal timing or all required costs. PeterMD's refund policy also makes received medication final sale and requires 48 hours' notice before an auto-renewal. This review keeps those route, price and policy details separate.

Scope check: this page covers PeterMD's NAD+ and sermorelin offers. For its weight-loss program, read GLP-1 Picks' PeterMD GLP-1 review. For testosterone care, read HRT Picks' PeterMD TRT review. Product prices, evidence and conclusions do not transfer between those service lines.
Who should take a closer look?
Worth comparing if you want a provider that publishes both shorter and longer sermorelin terms and offers separate NAD+ injection and oral capsule routes.
What should give you pause?
The pages do not establish complete equivalent quantities or future billing. Product-state exclusions differ by route, and the capsule page contains an unrelated tesamorelin section that should be clarified before ordering.

Public-information score
How is PeterMD's public information scored?
9/10
We score the information a shopper can reasonably check before enrolling: product, payments, care, pharmacy and cancellation. This is an editorial disclosure score, not a clinical-quality, safety or patient-outcome rating. Full credit means the disclosure meets our check; it does not mean the treatment is right for you.

How much do PeterMD NAD+ capsules cost?
PeterMD separately advertises oral NAD+ capsule terms. These are promotional term totals for a different route, not injection equivalents and not evidence that oral NAD+ produces the same exposure or outcomes. Capsule strength and count are not published in the visible offer.
The NAD+ injection vs oral comparison explains that distinction.

What does PeterMD publish clearly?
- Separate product pages distinguish NAD+ injection, NAD+ capsules and sermorelin.
- The NAD+ injection page publishes concentration, supply duration and vial count, though vial volume remains missing.
- Sermorelin has four-week and twelve-week term totals rather than only a monthly equivalent.
- The NAD+ and sermorelin pages advertise ongoing provider access.
- Product pages publish route-specific state exclusions, and the public refund policy states its cancellation cutoff.
These are observable disclosures, not a certification of the provider.
Is PeterMD legit, and which pharmacy is involved?
A binary “legit” badge would overstate this review. We verified the listed public offer and policies, not every professional license, shipment, laboratory claim or customer outcome. The clinical service, prescribing clinician, pharmacy and medication each deserve their own checks.
PeterMD's terms name Absolute Pharmacy in Lutz, Florida and Partell Pharmacy in Las Vegas, Nevada. Section 24 also says prescriptions are sent electronically to a pharmacy the patient chooses. Confirm that your chosen pharmacy can fill the particular NAD+ or sermorelin prescription and verify its license for your state; the published list does not identify your individual dispenser.
The product pages publish different exclusions: NAD+ injection excludes Alabama, Idaho and Louisiana; sermorelin excludes Alabama and Idaho; NAD+ capsules exclude Alabama, Arkansas, California, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Montana and South Carolina. Check the exact product, because availability for one route does not prove availability for another.
Is PeterMD's treatment FDA-approved or guaranteed safe?
FDA approval applies to a particular drug product and indication, not to a provider's entire business. The compounded products discussed in this review are not FDA-approved. FDA does not review compounded drugs before marketing in the way it reviews approved medicines. FDA: risks of compounded drugs
Historical approval of Geref does not approve a current compounded sermorelin formulation for longevity. A published price or a named pharmacy is not a substitute for an individual clinical assessment. FDA: discontinued Geref determination (2013)
How do cancellation and refunds work at PeterMD?
PeterMD's refund and auto-bill policy says sales are final once medication is received. Damaged or defective items may be replaced only when reported by email with a photo within 24 hours of receipt. Auto-renewal cancellation must be requested by email at least 48 hours before the renewal processes; requests inside that window are not accepted for the upcoming charge.
Ask for the next processing date and save the policy attached to your order. Ending a subscription and getting a refund are separate questions, especially once a prescription has reached the pharmacy.
What should I confirm before submitting an order?
- Whether the selected product and term auto-renew, plus the next processing date and amount.
- Exact vial volume, total milligrams or capsule strength and count for the quoted price.
- Every required consultation, laboratory, supply and shipping charge in the final order.
- The actual dispensing pharmacy and eligibility for the exact product in your state.
Use those questions to resolve gaps in the public record, not to choose a dose. Our payment explorer can show the financial schedule only when the published inputs support it.
Which original sources support this review?
The following official product and policy pages were checked on September 22, 2026. Public text may change, and checkout-specific conditions still need confirmation. If you find a mismatch, send a correction with the page and source.
These are products marketed in the longevity category, not established lifespan-extension treatments. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. This publication compares public information; a clinician must assess individual suitability. How we compare.
How does PeterMD compare with other providers, head to head?
