BMI MD vs Taurus NAD+: compare the first bill and commitment
BMI MD and Taurus make different price propositions for NAD+ injections. BMI MD publishes term totals, including $119 for one month and $1,068 for a year. Taurus advertises $79 for the first month and a 1,000 mg vial, but its reviewed page does not explicitly establish the renewal bill. Taurus therefore has the lower observed introductory headline, while BMI MD provides more public information about term payments. Neither observation proves the lower long-term cost or the better treatment. Compare the prescribed quantity, full first charge, subsequent invoice and refund rules before committing. This is a plan comparison, not a recommendation to self-prescribe NAD+.

Which is less expensive over several months?
The available sources do not settle that. A first-month offer needs a confirmed renewal amount; a prepaid term needs the order-specific quantity and required fees. Multiplying an introductory figure by twelve would produce a misleading budget.
Ask both providers for the same deliverable: the complete initial payment, next charge, interval and amount of medication supplied. Compare those written responses before deciding whether prepayment offers value you are likely to use.

Does more published vial information mean a better NAD+ product?
It improves the purchasing record but does not prove quality or effectiveness. Taurus prints a concentration and bottle size; BMI's selected plan still needs an order-specific quantity. Do not turn those disclosure differences into a dose recommendation or efficacy ranking.
A comparison remains incomplete if one side gives a larger total amount but a different formulation, care schedule or storage requirement. Clinical suitability and pharmacy quality need their own assessment.

Which cancellation differences matter before paying?
BMI MD describes an intake-stage cancellation fee and restrictions once the prescription advances. Taurus's terms describe automatic renewal, cancellation at the end of the paid term and final sale of shipped medication. Both require attention to when an order becomes committed.
If flexibility matters to you, ask how canceling affects an unused prepaid balance and which action stops the next payment. Save the answer with the chosen offer. A statement that future renewals can stop is not a promise of a refund.

How should you choose between BMI MD and Taurus?
Investigate BMI MD first if a visible range of term payments helps you budget and you want to examine its other delivery formats. Investigate Taurus if its introductory offer and published NAD+ vial specification are attractive, with renewal confirmation as the next step. This is a choice about what to verify, not a clinical winner.
Before either order, agree with the clinician on the reason for treatment, the monitoring plan and what uncertainty remains. Our individual reviews provide the source trails and unresolved details.
