NAD+ provider comparison
Sprout Health vs System Labs NAD+: which price is clearer?
Sprout Health's selected NAD+ landing publishes a 1,000 mg/5 mL injection vial, $149 for the first order and $240 every four weeks afterward. System Labs advertises a 1,000 mg monthly NAD+ supply and an $89 first-month headline, but its page mentions both injections and nasal spray and does not expressly state the later NAD+ charge. Sprout gives a clearer public renewal; System Labs has a lower promotional headline whose complete injection bill needs confirmation. Neither offer proves a better health outcome. Sprout product source; System Labs product source.

What do the Sprout Health and System Labs NAD+ offers actually state?
| Question | Sprout Health | System Labs |
|---|---|---|
| Route | Subcutaneous injection on selected landing | Injection described, but FAQ also describes nasal spray |
| Quantity headline | 1,000 mg/5 mL vial | 1,000 mg monthly supply; route and selected quantity need checkout confirmation |
| First price | $149 first order on Forbes-labeled landing | $89 first-month headline; injection checkout total unverified |
| Later payment | $240 every four weeks | No explicit NAD+ renewal amount; crossed-out $149 is not a bill |
| Refund point | Refund stages and possible $50 fee after review | Refunds limited after service or pharmacy order |
Both providers describe clinician review and pharmacy fulfillment. A similar 1,000 mg headline does not establish the same dispensed quantity, prescription schedule or cost per equivalent treatment. Read the Sprout review and System Labs review for the source and policy detail.
Is the Sprout Health Forbes landing the better offer?
It is the more explicit Sprout landing we found for this comparison: $149 first order, then $240 every four weeks, with the 1,000 mg/5 mL vial specified. Other Sprout NAD+ pages publish different price pairs. “Forbes” is part of this landing's name; we found no basis to say Forbes reviewed or endorsed the product. The selected link and final checkout determine the price, and a clinician determines eligibility. See the exact Sprout landing.
The refund policy qualifies the landing's cancel-anytime language: a $50 fee may apply after provider review, medication is generally nonrefundable after pharmacy fulfillment, and cancellation should be requested at least 48 hours before the next bill.
Does System Labs NAD+ renew at $149?
The System Labs NAD+ page crosses out $149 beside an $89 first-month promotion. It does not expressly say that a later NAD+ injection charges $149. Its FAQ mentions both injection and nasal administration, so the route selected at $89 also needs confirmation. Do not build a twelve-week total from the crossed-out number.
System Labs' FAQ and terms describe automatic refills, cancellation and refund limits. Ask support or the checkout to state the exact injection product, initial total, next charge and actual dispensing pharmacy before payment.
Which NAD+ provider should I investigate first?
If a stated recurring bill and specified vial are your priority, Sprout's selected offer gives you more to verify against checkout. If your priority is exploring a lower introductory price, System Labs advertises $89, but the route, later charge and complete bill remain open questions. Neither comparison is a clinical recommendation. For more providers and unlike-term caveats, use the NAD+ provider guide and NAD+ cost guide.
